Interviews with Franchisees

This week in Independent Study and Mentorship, I have worked diligently with my mentor, Joshua Meek, in finding franchisees and franchisers to interview with. If I am to create my Original Work over becoming a franchisee, I must speak with professionals already in the field who can give me valuable knowledge/advice. I have been in contact with experienced individuals in different franchises which will be beneficial for me as there will be two different views and perceptions about the subject. Along with interviewing many professionals, I need to conduct online research in order to brush up on the details and familiarize myself with how franchising truly operates.

I will be using Thanksgiving Break to further my knowledge and experience. I aim to take this opportunity away from school to build upon what I already know and explore new topics. Through splitting my day between researching and then focusing on myself, I will have the optimal balance of work and play which will be critical to my success.

It is time for me to start investing in stocks. I will be using an application on my phone and linking it to my bank account. Stocks are a great way to multiply money (with high risk) and potentially gain a high return. I must know more about that side of investing and find many different ways to make money.
