Final OW Proposal & Display Board

This week in Independent Study and Mentorship, I have completed the final draft of my Original Work Proposal and submitted the display board layout. The display board is a board that showcases what I have completed in ISM thus far and contains the Original Work (OW). For my OW, I will be creating a detailed plan for franchising. It entails all the challenges faced along the way along with the costs and solutions. I will need to speak with a multitude of professionals in this industry to gather more information about franchises and the challenges/successes they have encountered. This will be vital to my future as I believe franchising is a potential route I could take. My parents themselves are franchisees and I have grew up around the concept. For my display board, I have conducted research on how to make boards interesting and gather one's attention. My goal is to stand out and differentiate myself from the rest and I will continue to add to my ideas in the near future. With entrepreneurship in general, uniqueness is key as people should see something different in the business in order to be more interested. I must continue to work on thinking outside of the box and going about life in a different method than the rest.
